Elbow Ball Check Valve General Features
The Elbow Ball Check Valve is a two in one compact solution ( elbow + check valve ) , which is a saving of equipment and space .
This practical soloution is specially designed for wastewater lifting stations, It works by means of a moving ball inside the valve.
The seat is machined to fit the ball and the housing is directing the ball towards the seat and stopping reverse flow.
A special design that saves space and equipment.
Prevents the clogging of the system.
Provides efficient flow and prevents pressure loss.
Do not contain any parts other than the self-deploying ball.
It is manufactured from spheroidal cast iron body.
BALL OPTIONS
NBR coated Balls are used to ensure perfect sealing.
In order to avoid a situation where the balls get stuck in their sockets, the ball hardness is at least 65 shA.
Phenolic balls are used when different ball weights are needed to prevent water hammer and noise.
Phenolic balls are also preferred in corrosive environments.
Phenolic balls are derived from polyurethane and offer excellent abrasion and impact resistance.
One of the reasons why it is preferred is its good chemical and heat resistance.
